A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 94-25 PLATTING THE LOT AT 1300
SECOND STREET SOUTH
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins, has adopted Ordinance No 500 approving a subdivIsion
ordmance, and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved a plat of 1300 Second Street on March 15, 1994,
WHEREAS, pursuant to the language m the city's park dedication requirements it has
been determined that a park dedIcatIon fee is not required for the plat of the property at 1300
Second Street,
NOW THEREFOR, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution 94-25 IS hereby amended and
condition # 1 requiring a park dedIcation fee is not applicable
