RESOLUTION NO. 94-56
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT FOR
ALLEY PAVING PROJECT BETWEEN 8TH AVE NO/9TH AVE NO/1ST ST NO/
450 FEET SOUTH OF 1ST ST NO
WHEREAS, the aforementioned alley has caused
maintenance problems in the past; and
continual
WHEREAS, city staff is requesting that this alley be upgraded
under the current assessment policy even though no
petition for the upgrade has been submitted; and
WHEREAS, the first step in the assessment procedure is the
ordering of a feasibility report.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, tha t the proposed improvement be
referred to the City Engineer for study and that he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 7th day of June 1994.
