RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
OAKRIDGE SOUTH STREET RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT 93-17
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
that the bid of Driveway Design, Inc., in the amount of
$384,093.74 is the lowest responsible bid for the reconstruction
of streets and installation of utilities in the Oakridge South
Neighborhood, City Project 93-17, and the Mayor and City Clerk
are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
said bidder for and on behalf of the city.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 21st day
of June, 1994.
