RESOLUTION NO. 94-68
WHEREAS, the City Council recogmzes that from time to time property owners
expenence very expensive street restoration costs when they are required to repair
their water or sewer service within the City right-of-way, and
WHEREAS, the City Council furthermore recogmzes that some property owners may
expenence a situation where they may be paYing an amount that IS substantially
higher than the average street restoration cost,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby adopts the attached Legislative Policy #8-H which sets forth the policies
and procedures for reimburSing property owners who expenence extremely high
- street restoration costs when performing repairs to their pnvate water and samtary
sewer service within the City nght-of-way
