RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
MAINSTREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECTS 93-18
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA, that the bid of Midwest Asphalt Corporation in
the amount of $384,250.90 is the lowest responsible bid for
the reconstruction of Mainstreet from 5th Avenue to
Washington Avenue, City Projects 93-18, and the Mayor and
city Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into a contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the
City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 16th day
of August, 1994.
