RESOLUTION FOR BID AWARD
MAETZOLD FIELD TURF IRRIGATION SYSTEM
PROJECT NO 94-05
WHEREAS, bids were received for the Park Improvements on
September 14, 1994; and
WHEREAS, seven bids were received and the bid of Midland Nursery,
Inc. in the amount of $32,830 is the lowest reasonable bid
for this project.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Midland Nursery, Inc. for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 20th day
of September, 1994.
