September 9, 1994; and

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Ebert
Construction for and on behalf of the City.
