A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS
AMENDING LICENSE FEES FOR FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS LOCATED
WITHIN THE CITY OF HOPKINS
WHEREAS, the Hopkms City Council has authorized by ordinance the chargmg of fees for a
variety of licenses and permits, and
WHEREAS, the City Code allows the City Council to estabhsh fees by resolutiOn,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Councll of the City of Hopkins hereby
adopts the following fees
