RESOLUTION NO. 93-19
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORTS FOR
THE 1993 ALLEY PAVING PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the two alleys bounded by; 12th Ave No/13th Ave No/3rd
st No/ 600' south; and 11th Ave No/12th Ave NO/1st st.
No/ 300' south bending 90 degrees to 12th Avenue, have
been continual maintenance problems in the past; and
WHEREAS, City staff is requesting that these alleys be upgraded
under the current assessment policy even though no
petition for the upgrade has been submitted; and
WHEREAS, the first step in the assessment procedure is the
ordering of a feasibility report.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, that the proposed improvements be
referred to the City Engineer for study and that he is
instructed to report to the Council with all convenient
speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to
whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in
connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
