RESOLUTION NO. 93-22
RESOLUTION ADOPTING SIDEWALK/TRAIL PLAN
WHEREAS, The City of Hopkins has determined that it would be in
the best interest of the city to prepare a sidewalk/trail
plan; and
WHEREAS, Westwood Professional services has prepared such a plan
dated June 6, 1992 that includes city staff revisions dated
March 16, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Park Board and Zoning and Planning Commissions have
reviewed the plan and have recommended that the City Council
adopt the plan as revised by city staff.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City
of Hopkins hereby adopts the aforesaid sidewalk/trail plan
as the official city plan.
Adopted by the city Council of the City of Hopkins this 16th day
of March, 1993.
