RESOLUTION FOR BID AWARD
ACTIVITY CENTER RE-ROOFING
WHEREAS, bids were received for the Activity Center Re-Roofing on
March 22, 1993, and
WHEREAS, eleven bids were recieved and the bid of Berwald Roofing
Co., in the amount of $25,331, is the lowest responsible bid
for the re-roofing of the Hopkins Activity Center, Project
No. 93-10.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Berwald Roofing Co., for and on behalf of the city.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th day
of April, 1993
