RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
PARTS B & C - WESTBROOKE WAY STREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 92-08
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
that the bid of S.M. Hentges and Sons, Inc. in the amount of
$605,538.70 is the lowest responsible bid for the'reconstruction
of streets and the construction of a parking lot, City Project
92-08, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City council of the City of Hopkins this 6th day
of April, 1993.
