ORDINANCE NO. 94-744
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ~
NUMBER OF CATS AND DOGS IN A HOUSEHOID
The city Council of the City of Hopkins does hereby ordain:
SECTION 1. That Section 925.34 be amended to read as follows:
925.24. Maximum Number of Dogs and Cats. No person shall keep,
harbor or maintain more than two dogs or four cats over the age
of six months wi thin or upon the property of any individual
dwelling unit within the City of Hopkins. No person shall keep,
harbor or maintain more than four such animals over the age of
SlX months within or upon the property of any individual dwelling
unit withln the City of Hopkins.
SECTION 2. The effective date of this ordinance shall be twenty
days after publication.
