Resolution Amending Resolution 93-25 ordering
A Public Hearing - Alley Reconstruction
WHEREAS, the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota, ordered public
~ hearings for the reconstruction of alleys to be held at
7:30 P.M. and 7:45 P.M. on the 18th day of May, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Council now deems it necessary to reschedule its
regular May 18 meeting to another date,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Hopkins,
Minnesota, that Resolution No. 93-25 calling for public
hearings to consider alley improvements shall be amended as
follows:
a) Alley "A" between 11th/12th Avenues North, Mainstreet
and 1st Street North - the public hearing shall be held
in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 1010 1st
Street South on Tuesday, the 1st day of June, ,1993 at
7:30 P.M.

Alley "B" between 12th/13th Avenues North, 2nd and 3rd
Street North - the public hearing shall be held in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall at 1010 1st Street
South on Monday, the 17th day of May, 1993 at 7:45
P.M.
c) The City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of said hearings and improvements as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the city of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 20th day of April, 1993.
