Resolution No. 93-39
Resolution Ordering A Public Hearing
WHEREAS, the city engineer for the City of Hopkins has been
authorized and directed to prepare a report with reference
to the improvement of an alley by way of reconstruction with
concrete, and
WHEREAS, the city engineer has prepared the aforesaid report for
the improvements herein described,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. . The Council will consider the aforesaid improvements in
accordance with the report and the assessment of
abutting and non-abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement of the alley in the 200
Block between 9th and 10th AvenueS North pursuant to
Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429. The estimated total
cost of the improvement is $29,645.
2.
A public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers
of the city Hall at 1010 1st Street South on Tuesday,
the 1st day of June, 1993 at 7:45 P.M. to consider said
improvements. The city clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of said hearing and improvement as
required by law.
