RESOLUTION NO. 93-40
RESOLUTION FOR BID AWARD ELMO PARK FILTRATION
PLANT CHLORINE ROOM ADDITION PROJECT NO. 93-02
WHEREAS, bids were received for Chlorine Room addition on
April 22, 1993; and
WHEREAS, four bids were received and the bid of Richmar
Construction in the amount of $284,710 is the
lowest reasonable bid for this project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Hopkins, Minnesota, that the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with Richmar Construction,
for and on behalf of the city.
