RESOLUTION NO. 93-48
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AFTER PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 20th day of
April, 1993, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the
proposed improvement of an alley on the block between
11th/12th Avenues North, Mainstreet and 1st Street North,
and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it appropriate and expedient to
reconstruct the alley with concrete pavement, and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of
the hearing was given, and the hearing was held ther~on on
the first day of June, 1993, at which all persons desiring
to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1.
Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted the 20th day of April, 1993.
2.
RCM Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement and shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
Adopted by the city Council of the City of Hopkins this 1st day
of June, 1993.
