RESOLUTION NO. 93-63
RESOLUTION FOR BID AWARD MAETZOLD FIELD STORM
SEWER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT NO. 93-08
WHEREAS, bids were received for Storm Sewer Improvements on
June 24, 1993; and
WHEREAS, eight bids were received and the bid of Metro
utilities in the amount of $64,700 is the lowest
reasonable bid for this project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Hopkins, Minnesota, that the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with Metro utilities, for
and on behalf of the city.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th
day of July, 1993.
