1993-065 CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota o RESOLUTION NO: 93-65 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR A PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAT FOR WESTBROOKE HILLS WHEREAS, an application for a subdivision SUBD93-1, made by Three S Properties to re-plat an outlot south of the mini storage site at 1144 Seventh Street South is approved. WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for a subdivision SUBD93-1 was filed with the City of Hopkinson May 26, 1993. 2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on June 29, 1993: all persons present at the hearing were given an opportunity to be heard. 3. That the wr~tten comments and analysis of the City staff and the Planning Commission were considered. o NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for subdivision SUBD 93-1 is hereby approved based on the following Findings of Fact: 1. That the Westbrooke Hills plat meets the subdivision requirements. 2. That the Westbrooke Hills plat meets the minimum lot requirements for the zoning district in which the plat will be located. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for SUBD 93-1 is hereby approved based on the following conditions: 1. That the Westbrooke Patio Homes Association and/or the applicant provide the City with a license agreement for the monitoring wells on Lot 2. 2. That the berm as shown on the site plan is maintained as a berm. Adopted this 6th day of July, 1993. ATTEST: o
