RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
ALLEY RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECTS 92-11A, 92-11B, 93-13
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
bid of Thomas & Sons Construction, Inc. in the amount of $77,424.50 is
the lowest responsible bid for the reconstruction of concrete alleys,
City Projects 92-11A, 92-11B and 93-13, and the Mayor and City Manager
are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 20th day of
July, 1993.
