RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
RANDOM SIDEWALK REPAIR AND SIDEWALK INSTALLATION 2ND ST. N.E.
CITY PROJECTS 93-04 AND 92-10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
that the bid of Concrete Accents in the amount of $143,402.69 is
the lowest responsible bid for random repair of City sidewalk and
installation of new sidewalk on 2nd st. N.E. and Washington Ave.,
City Projects 93-04 and 92-10 and the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and on behalf of the city.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 20th day
of July, 1993.
