RESOLUTION NO. 93-72
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF HOPKINS AND HENNEPIN COUNTY
FOR ELECTRONIC GEOGRAPHICAL DIGITIZED DATA
WHEREAS, the ci ty of Hopkins is in the process of
studying the County Road 3 corridor;
WHEREAS, a electronic geographical digitized data base
is needed for the study;
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has an electronic geographical
digitized data base;
WHEREAS, Hennepin County has a proprietary interest. in
the electronic geographical digitized data base;
WHEREAS, Hennepin County requires an agreement with the
City of Hopkins regarding the County's proprietary interest.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Hopkins
and Hennepin County enter into a condtional us~ agreement
such that Hennepin County can provide electronic
geographical digitized data base informatibn to the City of
Hopkins.
Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota at a regular meeting held the 20th day of
July 1993.
