RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AWARD OF BID
RAMP REPAIR/MAINTENANCE PROJECT
WHEREAS,
the Hopkins City Council has adopted the 1993 budget, and
within the 1993 budget there is an allotment for costs associated
with repair/maintenance of the Parking Ramp, and
WHEREAS,
WHEREAS,
staff has prepared plans and specifications for said ramp
"repair/maintenance project and such plans have been presented to
and approved by the Council, and
bids have been received and opened at 10:00 a.m., July 9, 1993,
and
WHEREAS,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins as
follows:
1. Paragon Contractors, Inc. has submitted the low bid of $19,742.50
for repairlmaintenance of municipal ramp as per bid plans and
specifications prepared by P.S. Vedi Associates.

2.
Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with Paragon Contractors, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder on said project.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, this 20th
day of July, 1993.
