Resolution 93-84
Resolution Ordering Preparation of Assessment Roll -
Mainstreet Service utilities, Project 90-04B;
Sidewalk Improvements 2nd Street N.E., Project 92-10;
Alley Reconstruction, Projects 92-11 and 93-13
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined that the following
projects are completed or will be completed by September 1,
1993:
1. Sanitary sewer and water main service lines, fire
serV1ces and certain private improvements, Mainstreet
reconstruction, city Project 90-04B
2. Sidewalk installation 2nd Street N.E., City Project
92-10
3. Alley reconstruction, City Projects 92-11 and 93-13
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The engineering superintendent shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such
improvement against every assessable lot, piece or
parcel of land abutting on the streets affected, without
regard to cash valuation as provided by law.
2. The engineering superintendent shall file a copy of such
proposed assessment in the city office for inspection
and shall notify the Council thereof.
