RESOLUTION NO. 93.97
WHEREAS, the Hopkins City Code Section 1110.09 authorizes the City to approve
taxicab fare increases by resolution, and
WHEREAS, Yellow Taxi Service Corp., dBA Yellow Taxi, has requested that the City
approve their increased taxicab fares,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby authorizes Yellow Taxi Service Corp., dBA Yellow Taxi to charge the
following rates:
$1.75 for the first 2/13 mile
$.20 each additional 2/13 mile
$18 per hour wait time
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this fifth day of October, 1993.
