RESOLUTION NO. 93-108
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PARKING RESTRICTIONS
ON WESTBROOKE WAY BETWEEN 11TH AVENUE SOUTH AND SMETANA ROAD
WHEREAS, the reconstruction of Westbrooke Way between 11th
Avenue South and Smetana Road has created a need to
establish parking restrictions, and,
WHEREAS, the desire of.the adjacent property owners and the City
of Hopkins to create and maintain a parkway look for
Westbrooke Way requires the posting of "No Parking" and
"Two Hour Parking Only" restrictions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Hopkins, Minnesota hereby establishes and directs
staff to maintain the following parking restrictions;
o
"No' Parking" on both sides of Westbrooke Way from 11th
Avenue South to Smetana Road, excluding the east side of
Westbrooke Way from Smetana Road to 250 feet north of Old
Settlers Trail.
o "2 Hour Parking Only" on the east side of Westbrooke Way
from Smetana Road to 250 feet north of Old Settlers Trail.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
this 5th day of October, 1993.
