RESOLUTION NUMBER 93-132
AUTHORIZING AN APPLICATION FOR THE COMMUNITY REHABILITATION FUND
FOR THE WESTBROOKE NEIGHBORHOOD
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency (MHF A) has made available grant funds
through the Community Rehabilitation Fund Program to assist in the improvement and
preservation of housing in neighborhoods designated by the applying City, and
WHEREAS, the Westbrooke neighborhood has been identified by the City Council as a priority
neighborhood in need of assistance in order to preserve it's housing stock, and
WHEREAS, the purpose of the Community Rehabilitation Fund Program is consistent with the
needs of the neighborhood.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, that the Westbrooke neighborhood of Hopkins is named as the designated
neighborhood for the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency's Community Rehabilitation Fund
program.
