RESOLUTION NO. 93-139
RESOLUTION FOR BID AWARD
NINE MILE CREEK IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, bids were received for Phase I Nine Mile Creek
Improvements on December 10, 1993, and
WHEREAS, eleven bids were recieved and the bid of Park
Construction, in the amount of $1,044,268.70, is the lowest
responsible bid for this creek improvement project, Project
No. 93-15.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Park
Construction, for and on. behalf of the city.
