RESOLUTION NO. 92-11
WHEREAS, the Hopkins City Council has authorized by ordinance the charging of a
surcharge on all building permits, and
WHEREAS, the ordinance allows the City Council to establish the amount of the
surcharge by resolution,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby sets the building permit surcharge at $5.00.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 4th day of February, 1992.
