RESOLUTION NO. 92-17
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING CHARGES FOR
BULK ITEM PICK UP AND 300 GALLON CONTAINER
COLLECTION SERVICES
WHEREAS, Legislative Policy #8D, Solid Waste Collection,
stipulates that charges for Bulk Item Pick-up and 300 Gallon
container Collection will be established by City Council
Resolution and,
WHEREAS, the current charges for Bulk Item Pick-up and 300
Gallon container Collection need to be formally approved by
Council Resolution;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
city of Hopkins, Minnesota, that the charges which are defined in
Legislative Policy #8D be hereby set at the following rates:
Bulk Item pick-up General Charge
Bulk Item pick-up of Air Conditioners
Bulk Item Pick-up of Sofa/Hide-a-Beds
300 Gallon Container Collection
$15.00 each
$25.00 each
$25.00 each
$25.00/dump
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 18th day
of February, 1992.
