RESOLUTION NO: 92-69
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AFTER PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the twenty-first
day of July, 1992, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the
proposed improvement of Westbrooke Way by way of its
reconstruction and construction/extension, and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it appropriate and expedient to
reconstruct Westbrooke Way, including curb and gutter,
street lighting, sidewalk, trail, and storm sewer, from 11th
Avenue to Smetana Road, and
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the
hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the
eighteenth day of August, 1992, at which all persons
desiring to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted the twenty-first day of
July, 1992.
2. RCM Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the
engineer for this improvement and shall prepare plans
and specifications for the making of such improvement.
3. Approval of plans and specifications shall be
contingent upon all necessary roadway and utility
easements granted to the City.
Adopted by the city Council of the City of Hopkins this 18th day of
August, 1992.
