RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
SIDEWALK REPAIR
CITY PROJECT 92-04
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
that the bid of Gunderson Brothers Cement Company in the amount
of $42,678.40 is the lowest responsible bid for the random
replacement and repair of public sidewalks, City Project 92-04,
and the Mayor and city Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on behalf of
the city.
