RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
BOX CULVERT IMPROVEMENTS & POND CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECTS 92-13 AND 92-14
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA, that the bid of Veit and Company in the amount of
$177,936.00 is the lowest responsible bid for the installation of
a storm sewer box culvert and storm detention ponds, City
Projects 92-13 and 14, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder
for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 17th day
of November, 1992.
