RESOLUTION NO. 92-111
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL -
WESTBROOKE WAY
WHEREAS, the city Clerk and the City's designated engineer, RCM
Associates, Inc., have received bids for the improvement of
Westbrooke Way, City Project 92-08, and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bid shall be the basis for
calculating construction costs to be assessed against
benefitting properties,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The engineering superintendent shall forthwith
calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed
for such improvement against every assessable lot,
piece or parcel of land abutting on the streets
affected, without regard to cash valuation as provided
by law.
2. The engineering superintendent shall file a copy of
such proposed assessment in the city office for
inspection and shall notify the Council thereof.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 8th day of December, 1992.
