ORDINANCE NO. 92-718
ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FLOOD PLAIN ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins as follows:
That section 545.01 be and the following subdivision is
hereby amended with the following:
Subd. 2. Establishment of official zoning map. The
official zoning map together with all materials attached
thereto is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be
apart of this ordinance. The attached material shall
include the Flood Insurance study for the City or Hopkins
prepared by the Federal Insurance Administration dated May
5, 1981 and June 16, 1992, the Flood Boundary and Floodway
Map dated May 5, 1981 and June 16, 1992, Flood insurance
Rate Map dated May 5, 1981 and June 16, 1992 therein. The
Official Zoning Map shall be on file in the Office of the
City Clerk and the Zoning Administrator.
That the presently existing Hopkins Zoning Ordinance
515-570 is hereby amended and changed in accordance with the
above provision.
