RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
ALLEY UNDERGROUND ELECTRICAL UTILITIES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA, that the bid of Muller-Pribyl utilities in the
amount of $323,496 is the lowest responsible bid for the
construction of underground electrical utilities in alleys
north of Mainstreet between 8th and 9th Avenues and south of
Mainstreet between 7th and 9th Avenues, City Project 90-05,
and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and
on behalf of the City.
