WHEREAS,
CITY OF HOPKINS
Hennepin County, Minnesota
RESOLUTION NO: 91-29
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ADDITIONAL MSAS FUNDS
COUNTY ROAD 73 - S.A.P. 132-020-08
it has been deemed advisable and necessary for the City
of Hopkins to participate in the cost of a construction
project located on (C.S.A.H.) No.' 73 within the limits
of said municipality, and
said construction project has been approved by the
Commissioner of Transportation and identified in his
records as (S.A.P.) No. 27-673-04.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By The City Council of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
WHEREAS,
The Council 'hereby appropriates from Hopkins M.S.A.S.
funds the sum of up to $15,000 to apply toward the
construction of said project and request the
Commissioner of Transportation to approve this
authorization.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 19th day of March, 1991.
