RESOLUTION NO: 91-30
PARKING LIMITATIONS ON 17TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on
February 19, 1991, plans-and specifications were
approved for a 17th Avenue maintenance reconstruction
project (S.A.P. 132-349-03), and
WHEREAS, certain on-street parking restrictions are necessary in
order for the project to be eligible for State Aid
funding.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, By The City council of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
.On-street parking shall be limited to one side only on
17th Avenue except for the following: from 266 feet
south of Mainstreet to 614 feet south of Mainstreet;
from 925 feet south of Mainstreet to 1041 feet south of
Mainstreet; from T.H. #7 to 250 feet south of 4th
Street North.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 19th day of March, 1991.
