RESOLUTION NO: 91-39
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL -
MAINSTREET
WHEREAS, the City Clerk and the City's designated engineer,
Westwood Professional Services, Inc., will receive
bids on April 12, 1991, for the improvement of
Mainstreet from 5th Avenue to Shady Oak Road, City
Project 90-04.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:

1. The engineering superintendent shall, subsequent
to receiving bids, calculate the proper. amount to
be specially assessed for such improvement against
every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land
abutting on the streets affected, without regard
to cash valuation as provided by law.
The engineering superintendent shall file a copy
of such proposed assessments in the city office
for inspection and shall notify the Council
thereof.
