RESOLUTION NO. 91-101
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have been an integral part of. the Hopkins
Community, and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have applied for a gambling license to conduct
lawful gambling at the Mainstreet Bar & Grill, and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have conducted gambling activities in accordance
with state law and Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins hereby approves the Hopkins Jaycees gambling application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th day of August, 1991.
