RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2100 MAINSTREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA, that the bid of KevittExcavating Inc. in the
amount of $30,710.55 is the lowest responsible bid for the
construction of site filling at 2100 Mainstreet, City
Project 91-09, and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and on behalf of the City.
