RESOLUTION NO: 91-127
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK - 17TH AVENUE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a. written contract signed with the
City on April 17, 1991, Progressive- contractors,
Inc. of Osseo, Minnesota, has satisfactorily
completed the improvements on 17th Avenue (Ci ty
Project 90-03) in accordance with such contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2 . The City Clerk and Mayor are hereby directed to
issue a proper order for the final payment on such
contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
