RESOLUTION NO. 91-143
WHEREAS, the American Legion has been an integral part of the Hopkins
Community, and
WHEREAS, the American Legion has applied for gambling license to conduct
lawful gambling in 1992, and
WHEREAS, the American Legion has conducted gambling activities in accordance
with state law and Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins hereby approves the American Legion gambling application.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 19th day of November,
1991.
