RESOLUTION NO. 91-146
RESOLUTION FOR BID AWARD
CLOCK TOWER
WHEREAS, bids were received for construction of the Clock
Tower on October 22, 1991, and
WHEREAS, four bids were received and the bid of Michaelson &
Associates, in the amount of $54,774, for the base bid
and Alternate No. 3 is the lowest responsible bid for
the construction of the Clock Tower, Project No.
90-04K,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Hopkins, Minnesota, that the Mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into
a contract with Michaelson & Associates for and on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 3rd
day of December, 1991.
