RESOLUTION NO: 91-152
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING
AN APPLICATION FOR FINAL PLAT FOR RAMSGATE 2ND ADDITION
WHEREAS, an application for a final plat entitled SUBD 91-3
made by Mark Z. Jones is approved.
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as
follows:
1. That an application for a final plat SUBD
91-3 was filed with the City of Hopkins on
November 4, 1991.
2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission reviewed
such application on November 26, 1991.
3. That the Hopkins Planning Commission,
pursuant to mailed notices, held a hearing on
November 26, 1991.
4. That the written comments and analysis of the
City Staff and the Planning Commission were
considered.
5. That the Hopkins City Council considered the
final plat on December 3, 1991, December 17,
1991 and February 18, 1992.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that application for SUBD 91-3
is hereby approved based on the following Findings
of Fact:
1. That the platted lot meets the minimum
requirements of the zoning ordinance.
2. That the proposed subdivision meets the
requirements of the subdivision ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that application for SUBD 91-3 is
hereby approved subject to the following
Conditions:
1. That the final plat is recorded with Hennepin
County within 100 days after the date of approv
