RESOLUTION NO. 91-154
RESOLUTION APPROVING PETITION FOR AND ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the owners of Central Park Square Mall with leased
space located at 1426-28 Mainstreet, Hopkins,
Minnesota, have petitioned for an improvement
consisting of the installation of a fire
protection system pursuant to Minnesota statute
No. 429.031, Subd. 3; and
WHEREAS, the petition and accompanying documents thereto
complies with the requirements of the
aforementioned statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HOPKINS:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and
requested in the petition.
2.
That the Engineering Superintendent and Fire
Marshall be directed to review and approve the
plans and specifications accompanying the petition
for the construction and installation of the fire
protection system.
3. That said installation and construction be in
conformance with Minnesota Statute Chapter 429 and
all state and municipal codes, ordinances and
regulations pertaining thereof.
4. That periodic inspections be conducted by the City
of Hopkins to assure compliance with said codes
and requirements.
