ORDINANCE NO. 91-698
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1310
OF THE HOPKINS CITY CODE
REGARDING PARKING PERMITS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Hopkins as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 1310.09 be amended to read as follows:
1310.09. Limited lot permits. There are established and continued limited
lot permits which may be issued monthly, el: quarterly. or yearly upon a
suitable card or other document by the clerk to applicant, upon payment of the
fee- pe~- -mont-h -pel:- -veh-ic-l-e- -set? - 'By- -ohap-t-ei:'--X. Each such limited lot permit
shall contain the license number of the motor vehicle, the name and address of
the person to whom issued, and the meRth period of time for which such permit
is issued. Such limited lot permit shall be attached to and prominently
displayed upon the described motor vehicle. Such permit shall be valid only
for the vehicle described thereon for the month or quarter. or year of its
issue and shall entitle the vehicle described thereon to remain parked in any
limited parking lot for the time period established by the City Council--a

SECTION 2. That Section 1310.11 be amended to read as follows:
1310.11 Special parking permits There are established and continued

are available to any individual. in whatever auantity necessary. to allow for
parking beyond the established parking time limit. An expiration date of the
last day of the year when the permit is issued shall be printed on each
Special Use Permit Non-profit organizations may make application for reduced
fee Special Use Permits.
SECTION 3. That section 1310.13 be amended to read as follows:
