RESOLUTION NO: 90-7
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING
ORDINANCE NO. 90-667 AN AMENDMENT TO SECTION 540 OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS
WHEREAS, an Ordinance No: 90-667 amending section 540 of the
Zoning Ordinance pertaining to Industrial
Districts is hereby approved.
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the amendment is as
follows:
.
1. That the amendment was proposed to the
Planning Commission on December 26, 1989.
2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission reviewed
such amendment on December 26, 1989.
3. That the Hopkins Planning Commission,
pursuant to published notices, held a public
hearing on December 26, 19i89; all persons
present at the hearing were given an
opportunity to be heard.
4. That the written comments and analysis of the
City Staff and the Planning Commission were
considered.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that amendment ZN89-10 is
hereby subject to the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the proposed language clarifies the
permitted uses within the I district.
2. That retail sales in an industrial district
will be an accessory use.
