RESOLUTION NO: 90-12
RESOLUTION REQUESTING HENNEPIN COUNTY HOUSING AND
REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hopkins has identified a
number of development/redevelopment activities to be
undertaken within the next several years,
WHEREAS, one of these activities involves preparation of a
comprehensive improvement plan for County Road #3 from
the east to the west city limits,
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Housing & Redevelopment Authority
presently has a program available to provide technical
assistance in undertaking such a project,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that in accordance with Minnesota
Statute 383B.77 Subd. 2, the Hopkins City Council
requests that the Hennepin County Housing and
Redevelopment Authority provide technical assistance in
the preparation of a comprehensive improvement plan for
County Road #3 within the City of Hopkins.
