RESOLUTION NO: 90-15
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AFTER PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the nineteenth
day of December, 1989, fixed a date for a Council
hearing on the proposed improvement of Cottage Downs,
Park Terrace, Bridle Lane, Valley, Way, Wilshire Walk,
Edgemoor Drive and alleyway off Cottage Downs pursuant
to a petition of affected property owners;
WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of
the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon
on the sixteenth day of January, 1990, at which all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity
to be heard thereon,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council resolution adopted the nineteenth day of
December, 1989., and amended as follows:
a. Roadway shall be reconstructed to a twenty foot
width meeting State Fire Code standards.
b. Roadway shall be constructed without curb and
gutter.
c. No parking shall be permitted on the streets.
d. As many trees as possible shall be preserved.
2. Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson & Associates,
Incorporated is hereby designated as the engineer
for this improvement and shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
